CASABELLA-LAGO MAGGIORE is very close to three beaches on Lake-Maggiore. It is also close to the bus stop and the railway station. In Casabella there is a parking space for each arriving group.
Next to Casabella there is a supermarket for food and wine purchases. Also around the corner is "Sporting Lesa", a large indoor and outdoor tennis facility, a fully equipped gym, a large Olympic swimming pool with trampoline (in the warm months), with bar and gourmet restaurant MADE'.
In the village and in the surrounding area numerous restaurants and pizzerias for every taste.

We offer Italian and international breakfasts, if requested upon booking, with an added price. Our breakfasts are served in the "Veranda", very confortable room sorrounded by glass and garden green
The breakfast service is offered upon request, at least 7 days before check-in (check our prices: "Without breakfast" and "With breakfast"). Breakfast will be served directly to your table.
Casabella offers 2 different types of breakfast, which correspond to additional prices for the room:
- "Italian-style": with hot drinks, such as Lavazza 100% strong-arabica double espresso coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato; or tea in various fragrances (green, white, classic or lemon); and fruit juices. In addition, you can taste croissants or homemade cake, bread in various varieties, rusks, fresh yogurt and various types of cereals, packaged jams with butter, fresh cheeses such as ricotta, goat or robiola, and seasonal fruit. The price is €16. 00 per person per night.
- "International": in this formula, you can choose from local aged cheeses, cold cuts, mozzarella and tomato, eggs in all variations (scrambled, fried "in a pan", or in omelets, or boiled). The price of this breakfast is €22. 00 per person per night.
Apartment with a large double bedroom, very close to 3 beaches on the lake and to Sporting-Lesa, with pools, tennis and padel courts, gym, bar, restaurant. It has a bathroom/shower and a kitchenette, espresso machine, TV, independent entrance from a small private garden, directly connected to the house's garden. Minimum stay of 2 nights. The bedroom is air-conditioned. Outside, a large awning, with remote control, protects the entire private terrace from the sun or rain. The indicated price does not include breakfast. If desired, breakfast can be requested at least 2 days before check-in. We offer two types of breakfasts (to be paid directly on-site if not already paid at the time of booking): - "Italian": hot beverages of all kinds, orange juice, pastries, cake of the day, bread, butter, packaged jams, yogurt, fresh cheeses, fruit (18.00 €/person/night) - "Continental": with the addition of aged cheeses, cold cuts, various eggs (25.00 €/person/night)
The Cottage-Alcove is a double mini-apartment (but can also be set up with separate beds), located in an independent building of tiny dimensions but modernly furnished and well-equipped. It is a nice addition to the garden of the villa, with a private equipped green area in front, partially covered by a large remote-controlled tent. It features a kitchenette with induction hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave oven with grill, sink and dishes, espresso coffee machine with pods, tea and herbal teas. Private toilet/shower. Autonomous air conditioning and heating, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, multiple sunshade curtains and privacy. Minimum stay of 2 nights. The price indicated does not include breakfast. Breakfast service can be requested, if desired, with an additional cost, up to the third day before check-in. It will be served in the morning in the Veranda, in the heart of the house garden. Two double bedroom apartment (ideal for families of 2 adults and 2 children from 7 years old, with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, independent entrance from a private green patio, directly connected to the garden of the house, protected by a large electro-controlled sun awning and rainproof). Minimum stay: 2 nights. The price of the apartment does not include breakfasts. The breakfast service, if requested, is available in the "Veranda" in two types: Italian or Continental, respectively at the price of €. 18.00 and 25.00/person/day, bookable upon booking.
Flavia and Enrico, the hosts, are a charming and welcoming couple. They have been living in Lesa for nearly 18 years, after purchasing and renovating their beautiful villa named "Casabella-Lago Maggiore". Enrico, the owner, is a professional architect who personally oversaw the complete renovation in 2006 and furnished the interiors with a precious collection of contemporary design, artwork, books, and records. Every morning, when requested by guests, Enrico personally takes care of the delicious breakfast, adding a touch of creativity and taste that will make your stay even more unforgettable.
The B&B Casabella is located in Lesa, on the shore of Lake Maggiore, in a quiet residential area just 150 meters from the lake.
