CASABELLA-LAGO MAGGIORE is very close to three beaches on Lake-Maggiore. It is also close to the bus stop and the railway station. In Casabella there is a parking space for each arriving group. Next to Casabella there is a supermarket for food and wine purchases. Also around the corner is "Sporting Lesa", a large indoor and outdoor tennis facility, a fully equipped gym, a large Olympic swimming pool with trampoline (in the warm months), with bar and gourmet restaurant MADE'. The breakfast service is offered upon request, at least 7 days before check-in (check our prices: "Without breakfast" and "With breakfast"). Breakfast will be served directly to your table. Casabella offers 2 different types of breakfast, which correspond to additional prices for the room: - "Italian-style": with hot drinks, such as Lavazza 100% strong-arabica double espresso coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato; or tea in various fragrances (green, white, classic or lemon); and fruit juices. In addition, you can taste croissants or homemade cake, bread in various varieties, rusks, fresh yogurt and various types of cereals, packaged jams with butter, fresh cheeses such as ricotta, goat or robiola, and seasonal fruit. The price is €16. 00 per person per night. - "International": in this formula, you can choose from local aged cheeses, cold cuts, mozzarella and tomato, eggs in all variations (scrambled, fried "in a pan", or in omelets, or boiled). The price of this breakfast is €22. 00 per person per night.

Flavia and Enrico, the hosts, are a charming and welcoming couple. They have been living in Lesa for nearly 18 years, after purchasing and renovating their beautiful villa named "Casabella-Lago Maggiore". Enrico, the owner, is a professional architect who personally oversaw the complete renovation in 2006 and furnished the interiors with a precious collection of contemporary design, artwork, books, and records. Every morning, when requested by guests, Enrico personally takes care of the delicious breakfast, adding a touch of creativity and taste that will make your stay even more unforgettable.
